Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost on the ________ (Take your pick. Since returning from Florida things have been a blur here..... I'm feeling lost somewhere almost every day)
And it's true. I am writing this post two days after the fact and I can't even remember what I did two days ago! In looking at the boat schedule, I know we had people all over the lake. Plus we were still in the middle of our housekeeping crisis (which seems to be over now) I do remember being up early enough at the boat dock to get some really cool pictures of the sunrise through a mildly dense fog.
This is the time of year we live for. At least as a business. The busy, sometimes frantic, pace of the Summer is what makes the "Resort Adventure possible for the whole year. Even though we remain open and active throughout the year, Summer keeps the bills paid.

The Last Resort Project: The guys have returned from their trip to Michigan and to my surprise, brought a cousin home with them. So perhaps I'll have three handymen for the summer.
