Once again I had to make my way over to the treehouses. While there, the water pond beneath the water wheel on the "Old Mill Treehouse" was getting some final touches. They were in the pond adding stone to the outside edges of it. That's John down in the pond working. He and his wife are leaving for Africa tomorrow but he's still working right up to the last minute trying to make sure the guest experience at the treehouses is top notch! John and Shannon are partners at the Treehouses. They've been a lot of fun to be in business with. John reminds me every time I'm around him how important it is to think big.
He told me before I left that among other things, they will be looking at a resort property on the Zambezi River just a few miles upstream from Victoria Falls. He then added. Do you want to come to Africa and build some treehouses...….
