Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost up the Creek (Colombia)
After a cool and rainy, very sleepy day yesterday, the sun and heat returned today and made the most of it once again up the hill at The Last Resort. The list of unfinished projects is getting shorter, but it doesn't seem like it. Our attention was focused on Cabin 6 today mostly finishing up the front porch and getting the new lighting installed. I think it's all done except the painting as of now. The boys were busy helping and once we reached the point of adding the wood panels in the porch gable, I asked "straight or random". They unanimously chose random. I think they chose well!
On a lighter note, Cabin 6 was the subject of one of my Rockaway Inquirer postings last Spring. Even the cover picture shows the progress we've made around here this year so far! (You'll want to check this one out!)
