We are closing out the month soon and the excitement for Spring is building. All of us here at the
Marina Inn are busy getting everything up and going. One of the features of this property that I really haven't focused on is the Event Center located here. It's not something we were really looking for and probably could have passed on the purchase of it when we bought the resort. Those of you that remember our experience at the treehouses with our "Neighbors at the Entrance" will remember how big of a problem that became before we finally were able to buy that parcel. So, in thinking it through, we decided we'd better go ahead and get it at the same time so a tire shop or appliance recycling center or some other equally obnoxious business bought it and moved in next to us. The good news is that it certainly opens up some nice possibilities for our guests to have larger gatherings there. It accommodates about 100 people with a big kitchen and restrooms.
