Day 777 of the Adventure

With the well drilled and the first container in place, we returned to rock breaking again for a little while today. The first container was in position but it revealed that the second one would not be if yet more rock was not removed. Backhoes are not really designed for breaking rock (and I think the rock knew that for a fact) Nevertheless, we chipped and hammered away at it until it finally relented and gave up more landing space. Barely enough, but enough. 

The idea of container homes is not a new one but as of now, I never knew of anyone personally who had one. It's a new experience for them and me. With the kids, living on a boat is easy so living in a container would not be much of an additional stretch I suppose. So, the second container arrived and was set in place and the adventure continues.
