Day 1,367 of the Adventure
I've been thinking about the whole subject of "when is the right time?", mostly as it relates to beginning your dream od self-sufficiency. I ran across a little picture of the same idea, in a different context, but really the same inspiration. The biggest problem with deciding to start something is that there is always tomorrow. There are always many more tomorrows. Right up until there are no more tomorrows. I think that's why I've been so determined to not waste another tomorrow along our backwoods journey. It really is a personal choice. One that we want to experience before the tomorrows run out. Will we ever complete it? not likely, but the goal is to enjoy the moments of it while we can. While I place our story in the context of our woodsy life, I also look at the picture and think, "a little fishing would be nice too!" So....... With that said, we bought a humble boat this week! With a lake so close by and a space in the freezer perfectly suited for Crappie filets...... Let the fishing also begin.
Carry On
