Day 166 - 199 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Dark (Colombian Dark French Roast)
I am exhausted today. Partly due to a fishing tournament and partly due to the normal weekend busy-ness. The MO-YAK Taneycomo fishing tournament was today and we had a bunch of them staying with us at both Rainbow Haven Resort and Cross Timbers Cabins. I woke up around 4am and went to the tackle shop to see if anyone was out yet and the whole parking lot was already full of them getting their kayaks ready. MO Yak is a Missouri Based Kayak fishing club. They are a great bunch of people and if you are in their area and would like to learn more, I embedded a link a few sentences back. They were launching out in the dark with lights on the kayaks.
By the time most of them headed out onto the lake, then came the pontoon boat and kayak rentals which kept me hustling all day. The city also had some kind of car show going on but I was to tied up to check it out. All in all it was a typical Summer Saturday. People making memories, enjoying hobbies, family and fun.

The Last Resort Project:
I met with some of the good people in the cabins today to continue getting the fix lists compiled. A couple of them are looking like they're close to being done.
