Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Woods (Colombia/Costa Rica)
Today marked the completion of a frustrating repair at one of the cabins. Cabin 5 at Cross Timbers has had a washer and dryer laundry area for some time with an occasional break down of various dryers. Always assuming it was the dryer, (and getting good power readings from the service outlet) I always assumed it was a dryer issue. Today, the boys and I started tracking down what could potentially be any other problems, We found an apparent wiring issue and eliminated it and now...…. Working dryer. It may not seem like much but the built up frustration over it makes it a big deal.
The guys tore into the lawn care like men on a mission and got it mowed and trimmed to within an inch of it's life. They have really started to take pride in making everything look nice around the cabins. I think we'll keep them around a while!

The Last Resort Project: In between getting the lawns taken care of and the dryer working, They managed to move some refrigerators and air conditioners around in the cabins to make them more useful.
