Base Camp Coffee of the Day:
We've been experiencing extra low water for the past few days but not due to the weather. The Powersite Dam in the downstream direction from us has a broken gate on it and has been letting about four more feet of water out of the lake than normal. We've been waking up to our boats and our dock sitting in the mud. If there was a "worst time of the year" for this, it would be this week. We have every pontoon boat and most of the rest of the fleet scheduled to go out every day and they're all grounded. The one in the pic has one pontoon log in the mud and one floating in about four inches of water. The motor can't get deep enough in to draw in water to keep the engine cool...…. so there they sit.
It makes for a relaxing day for me though. nothing much to do except jump in the pool

The Last Resort Project: The guys have their list for the month. I believe some A/C work, installing a water heater and a bit of work on the big house will be in the schedule for July.
