Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Dark (Colombian Dark French Roast)
For the past week or so, we've been experiencing very low lake levels here at Rockaway Beach. It affects the Rainbow Haven Resort, mostly the boat dock and boat rentals, but business in general as well. Even though we can get boats out, fewer people show up to fish just because it's difficult getting in and out of the water. So today, I woke up thinking...….. maybe...….. just maybe, it will be a slow day...…… Is it possible that I can actually get in the pool?
The answer was YES! I was able to spend time relaxing, swimming, visiting with our guests and generally having a slow, peaceful day. Not a bad way to spend the day.
