Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Highlander Grogg (Butterscotch/Rum flavor)
We're in the middle of July, the temps are in the mid to upper 90's EVERY DAY. (we're not complaining about that though...….. Not much anyway) The lake has been giving us fits due to the broken spillway gates at Powersite Dam. I've been learning how to get boats out in shallow water. It's not easy, but we're still getting it done. The Pool is currently the most popular feature at the resorts and ironically, nobody is currently in it!
Life is Good in the Summertime.
We really are making the most of the warm weather. I put up with a lot of extra stuff during the cold weather and it's very nice to not have to worry about frozen pipes, ice on the walk ways (not that that happens very often) but still, the cold weather brings the slower business season and this right now is what my 90 day countdown 'til Spring is all about. So.... Hot or Not..... We savor the Summertime!
