Day 22 - 139 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost on the Lake (Colombia/Sumatra blend)
With the slow couple of days at the Resorts, we've had time to fix some of the deck boards. Brad, Jared and their new recruit, Karli, made it over early in the morning. After looking closer at the picture, I think they spent the morning drinking coffee. Nevertheless, we did end up with new deck boards by the end of the day removing a bit of unwanted adventure from the resort experience.
With temperatures in the 90's for most of the month so far, the pool was the 2nd priority. It didn't need any work but certainly has been getting a work-over from us.

The Last Resort Project:
We finished all of the preparation work for more new electrical services on three more cabins. Now it's a matter of the Electric company coming by to inspect and hook them all up!
“The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.”
