Day 246 - 119 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Highlander Grogg (Butterscotch/Rum flavor)
One of the most enjoyable parts of the day around the Resorts is morning coffee. With Labor Day in the rear view mirror, we get the opportunity to relax a little more and enjoy the simple pleasures of relaxing on the deck and watch the mornings come to life. I suppose it's just a small slice of what makes this business so appealing to me. I've had to watch sunrise's from the front seat of my truck on the way to work for years. Now, it makes watching them from the deck looking at the lake so much more special.

The Last Resort Project: Once again we are involved in finishing up plumbing, so not very interesting from a "photographic" point of view. By sometime this month we will be up to five cabins occupied at The Last Resort. The best part about it is that the place is starting to take on a sense of community. There's some energy there now that I don't think it's ever had before. I'm starting to refer to them as "My Tribe".
