Today we had a couple of casualties at the resorts. Specifically at the Last Resort. The first casualty actually happened a couple weeks ago when the boys..... a.k.a. "the Pyromaniacs" decided to burn off a bunch of brush and wood from around the property. That in itself was fine, but in doing so they scorched our only pine tree in the middle of the back yard to the point where it was only a matter of time before it would die. And it looked to be in agony, so today I decided to put it out of it's misery. The second casualty came when I managed to drop it too close to the pool and smashed part of the pool fence. I suppose it was it's last act of revenge!
So now..... not only are we missing a nice pine tree but we have to repair the pool fence.

Yes...…. I scolded them. I don't think they'll cook any more trees...…. At least they better not!
