Day 275 - 90 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Highlander Grogg (Butterscotch/Rum flavor)
I've been looking forward to today for over a week. It was supposed to be a cooler day. Turned out to be almost 90 again!. Nevertheless, you could tell in the air that a change was coming. I snapped this picture on the road running along the bluff over the lake early this morning. I was making a donut run for everyone at The Last Resort. If you knew where to look, the Lake, Rainbow Haven Resort and The Last Resort are somewhere down there in the fog. It's part of what make this particular lake so interesting. There is a beautiful fog bank almost every morning and every evening on the lake. The water is fed into the lake from the lower reaches of Table Rock Lake and comes into our lake at a constant 48 degrees all year long. This creates the morning and evening fog that you see in the picture. It's not necessarily "adventurous" but it can certainly be "enchanting".

The Last Resort Project:
Our work at The Last Resort today was pretty much just clean up from the deck project and then getting a few details done on a section of privacy fence between cabin 1 and cabin 2. I'll have pics of that pretty soon.
