Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost on the Trail (Guatemala)

Treehouses were on the schedule today. It's the time of year there where only the most hardy of campers (in RV's) are still at the park. The treehouse guests just keep coming in all winter. There's very little down time for "Sleeping in the Trees". Yesterday's meeting was preceded by Hot coffee and Cinnamon Rolls at a local bakery with long time friend and soon to be Camp Comrade at the Treehouses. Mitch and his wife Gail will be moving in to help take the reigns of the place. After living in an RV there myself for a couple of years, I know what they are in for. Many of my favorite Resort Adventure memories come out of those couple of years. In fact, back about three years ago I wrote a story about our Christmas Camp experience in the campground where our treehouses are located.
