We began another phase of renovations and upgrades at the Rainbow Haven Resort today. Among all of the other projects going on there, we decided that this year was going to include a fresh layer of insulation in the cabins. While they had some, it looked to have been from quite a long time ago and I'm certain it wasn't very efficient. The boys were here and ready to conquer. The new heating system was the first thing to get finished and then on to insulation. I really tried to convince them that I needed to get my pickup licensed and had to leave for a bit. (I'm not sure they believed me that after being expired for over two years that "Today" had to be the day to get it done) But if that wasn't reason enough for me to stay out of the attics, my excuse of being "too old" was hard to argue with.
