It's Sunday and the last full week in the books at the resorts. This "off-season" so far, has been dedicated to renovations and upgrades everywhere. In fact, so far, we are putting in anywhere between five and seven days a week on the projects and today...… we've decided to take a break. I still managed to make a trip to the Treehouses for a little bit of year end business there. While there I stopped by the newest three treehouse construction sites to check on the progress. John and his crew have been busy. Considering those are eight foot ladders in the picture, this treehouse looks to have it's floor about 15-17 feet above the ground. It doesn't seem like much until you are standing there (or until you are on the roof installing shingles.) I know that the Owls Roost Treehouse was 42 feet from the highest point of the roof to the lowest point on the ground under the cabin. That's a long way up there!
