Even though the deadlines are approaching fast on the Rainbow Haven project, I had some pressing business on the real estate front today that took me away from the job. The project is in the capable hands of Mitch and Dave as they continue to work the punch list of unfinished tasks. It's strange how the more you work and the closer you get to the end...… the list seems to always grow instead of diminish!
Anyway, we really are getting closer and closer to the end and with only three days until our first guests are due to arrive, the intensity is ramping up!
