Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Dark (Colombian Dark French Roast)
We have the tribe of fishermen coming in today that LOVE to fish for suckers. Or maybe they "Grab" for suckers or "Snag" for suckers. I'm honestly not too familiar with the method or terminology. I can tell you that even though they count them (only because they need to) they don't count the "Count". They measure their success by the number of buckets full or trash cans full of their prized sucker catch. And yes, they claim when you cook them just right, they taste exactly like chicken! JUST KIDDING! Actually, according to them and others, the secret is in the preparation and cooking and when done just right, they taste delicious. SO..... On to the Suckers!
