Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Woods (Colombia/Costa Rica blend)
SO..... for the last month or so I've been receiving all kinds of grief over my "plywood boarded up window" on the cabins we've been renovating at the Treehouse Resort. My response has been "JUST CHILL OUT until I get to it!" I said "It will be easier to build it and show you than to try to describe it!"
We had to remove the front window in the upper level loft in order to divide the large room into two private bedrooms. This left an unsightly plywood "patch" over the old window opening. Trying to make it fit in with the aged siding would have been impossible so we are building a set of cargo doors and a "pulley thingy" (In Kim's words) bracket to hold a cargo net along with some other props. By the time it's done, it will look like it was always meant to be there!
