Sixteen weeks into the strangest Resort Season I have ever seen. It's only a shadow of typical years. We've been deemed as "Necessary" and I'm not actually sure why, but nevertheless, we have adjusted our routine a bit and are still open for business. Maybe it's for people's sanity regarding their ability to escape for a little while in the quarantine madness. I've taken a couple calls lately from guests who have reservations coming up in May and June hoping and begging for us to be open when they arrive. Two in particular have said they work in health care and HAVE GOT TO GET AWAY for a few days!
In our world, the sun still rises every day, the pool is open and you can pursue some fish all while keeping your distance from EVERYONE!
