Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Highlander Grogg (Butterscotch/Rum flavor)
This year has been such a bizarre experience so far, and I'm not implying just for us. It's been crazy for everyone and while I hope we all recover our health, finances and businesses, I'm afraid that the battle will take a lot of casualties in all categories. We've not been immune from the stress. Our health is good, finances are okay and the business is staying afloat. Still I wonder what the landscape will look like when it's over.
Meanwhile, when the guests leave, we get the opportunity to work more on the cabins. Cap'n Ray and Shelley were out getting the stain on the log siding on Rooms 9 and 10 today.
It's looking good too. Pretty soon we'll be adding the trim and painting the decks which will give it a finished look.
