Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Dark (Colombian Dark French Roast)
We've had a family staying with us that are "Stuck in the Ozarks". They left home for a one week vacation near family some time ago, and had their state, and his business, close up and have had no real reason to return. Their initial lodging plans became exhausted as new guests were due to arrive. After having dropped in to the tackle shop about twice each day during their initial stay in the neighborhood, they decided to extend their time here with us at the Rainbow Haven Resort. Their three children hounded us to let them get in the pool even though the water was frigid. To my surprise, they splashed and played around for close to two hours and seemed to enjoy every minute of it. Their dad happened to be a contractor back home so we found some treehouse work for him to do to help with their unexpected stay. Its all working out and they've been a fun family to get to know!
