Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost on the Trail (Guatemala)
A new week has begun at the Resorts and we are on a push to get another cabin ready for use at "The Last Resort". It's going to include a new floor, bathroom upgrade, kitchen cabinets and counter top and so on. The Last Resort" (as we've been calling it) is a 3 bedroom house with 7 additional cabins and a large pool. It was our second resort purchase and helped us get a little further into the resort business back in 2012. As we've continued to grow the business, this property has made better sense as a monthly tenant residential property. It could still be converted to nightly lodging at some point, but for now it's a monthly income type of property.
Cabin 5 is the one getting the attention right now and we plan to have it ready by the upcoming weekend.
