The Last Resort Cabin 5 is still receiving it's make-over. Cabinets have arrived but are not in place yet. Once complete, it will have a combination of "old school fishing cabin" with some modern touches. The property was one of the premier resorts in Rockaway Beach in times past and went by the name "Hospitality Hill Resort". Like many others in the area, at some point the owners decided to make them monthly housing. We are continuing that trend for now and slowly bringing the cabins and house back to life. The completion of Cabin 5 will bring the total rented cabins up to five. The property is one of the ones we have for sale and is generating enough income now to pay the way on the whole property.
