With the weather predicted to go below zero degrees in the next few days, we are not quite ready to attempt our project at The Marina Inn. What project, you may ask? We are preparing to give the exterior of the Resort a facelift. One that represents our Base Camp image a little better. 

Now the picture you see on the right is not at The Marina Inn. It is actually a treehouse cabin at one of our other locations. HOWEVER...... it is the look we will be bringing to the Marina Inn this Winter and Spring. Before we left for Florida a couple weeks ago, we took delivery of the first load of log siding that will begin to be installed shortly. (as soon as this crazy cold weather ends)

When I say we are trying to represent the "Base Camp" look, it's a reference to our "Base Camp Resort and Cabin Co." brand. As things progress around here, I'll continue to expand on the Base Camp idea and there will be lots of pictures.
