Not Ours..... But maybe something similar

Monday means another workweek has begun....I guess. One day is about the same as another here at Camp Run-Amuck. The work, and I suppose the rest, is mostly dictated by the weather. Over the past weekend, for example, we had clouds and rain which made much of the outdoor things difficult to do. But that's okay. Nothing really needed done that badly anyway. The temperatures had moderated nicely as well which made the morning campfire and coffee much more pleasant. It was certainly not "Fall-Like" but absolutely beautiful in the low 70's. 

August has arrived along with a reminder that Summertime is marching right along. Here in the SW Missouri Ozarks, we can still count on two months of warm weather. Late September into October will begin the transition to Fall. That means there's two months left to have Camp ready for the cool season. But there's plenty of time for Fall Talk down the road. For now, The peaceful and lazy Summer rolls. 

HOWEVER........ With Fall on the horizon, I can't help but believe that something like what's in the picture above would be a perfect addition to Camp Run-Amuck. We'll see how the other projects go. Of course, it would need to be made with logs and have a fireplace in it............... I don't know. Give me your thoughts in the comments section.
