Another Little Project Done - February 28 - The Campfire Trail

Day 1,246 of the Adventure


There's not much better way to end February than with a run of 70 degree days. Everything still looks dead outside but that will begin to change soon. Winter did seem to pass quickly for us down here in the woods. I think it mainly had to do with the fact that we did our best to relax through it. Staying inside during the extremely cold and snow. Getting out as often as needed to not feel the effects of cabin fever. 

The woodshed has been getting some attention after being ignored for over a year. With this final batch of cement, we can add bracing and begin stacking more firewood for upcoming years. Just one more little project checked of the list. I do have enough wood to begin framing the roof. Maybe we'll get to that this weekend.
