Powering The Bug-Out - March 26

Day 1,272 of the Adventure


For the past week or so, I've been providing updates to the activities out at the Backwoods Bug-Out. The kids are on a shorter trip this round and trying to make headway on the living quarters container, along with getting the solar plant expanded. I probably should add, getting it better secured as well. Upon arrival here a couple weeks ago, a large storm, with it's wind, claimed several of their panels, It took out a couple of our "spare" panels as well. Adding additional batteries and picking up some replacement panels were part of the repair/upgrade work. While I haven't seen them in person yet, I received a picture of the rebuilt and strengthened panel racks. It's all looking good.
