Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Dark (Colombian dark French Roast)
If you've been following the Resort Adventures, you'll have noticed that there was a big week long gap in the postings. There was good reason for this and the Adventure did not come to an end, it simply shifted to a different location for a time. Today was 'Training Day" for my sister and her husband. They came into the Rainbow Haven Resort for a week of rest, R&R (and a little bit of work) while we
got ready to skip out of town for a few days and catch a little R&R of our own.....Caribbean Style!
About this time of year, we start feeling the on-coming rush of the busy resort season and when possible, try to plan one final escape before it all begins. This year, we recruited family to babysit the resorts and knowing that it's still Spring, it wouldn't be too strenuous for them. We hoped they would find some time to fish and relax between the business of the resort business.
So beginning Sunday morning, our escape begins.
