Day 299 - 66 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Dark (Colombian Dark French Roast)
Believe it or not, I've spend seven days on a ship and this is the first time I haven't gotten up early enough to see the sunrise even once. I'm not sure if that's good or bad! This picture was from our cruise last Spring when I did get up early enough for the sunrise.
We took a tour of the ship today which may have been the most interesting part of our trip. Besides the Bridge, Galley, Laundry and Crew Quarters, we also got to see the inside of the engine control room. I wish I could show pictures but cameras and phones were prohibited.
All I can say is...… 6 engines at 7,000 gallons of fuel per engine per hour!
Nuff Said!
