We are seeing (and hearing) many signs of Spring these days. The Silver Dollar City steam train whistles are among my favorite sounds of Spring. One of the most interesting sights this year is something I've never seen before. Daffodils are pushing their way up through the pavement. Yes, you read that right. Through the pavement. When I heard about this, I couldn't quite envision it. Then I saw it and it's like the whole bunch of them said to each other "Okay..... 1...2....3....PUSH and there they were!

I'm not kidding, they really did push their way right up through the pavement.
