Meanwhile, it's Monday and once again we are starting the week with an anticipation of all the things we will be doing here. One of the priorities this Fall has been to get the cabin ceilings insulated, both at Rainbow Haven Resort and the Last Resort. The guys finished the ones at Rainbow Haven last week before Thanksgiving arrived.
They got started at The Last Resort as well but spent today finishing them up. As scary as an old attic is, That is still not the most scary thing a resort owner deals with.

The scariest thing a resort owner hears is "My cable TV is not working!"
Every couple of months, I get that call. Then, immediately, Brad gets that call. He's better at figuring out TV's and remotes than I am and can usually handle TV emergencies. This time, (last weekend) he was in Michigan visiting family and after two hours of fiddling with a TV, I gave up and scheduled a service tech visit for today. I tell guests that if they called and told me they accidentally burned their cabin down it would be less stressful than the "My TV doesn't work" call.
