There She Goes. You know that once Shelley breaks out the painting tools, things are about to start changing. The transformation will be dramatic, that is for certain. Aside from the paint, things are improving every day. Today included bringing most of the rest of the workshop tools in, organizing the main laundry room, getting one of the two riding mowers going and more cleaning up of the well house equipment. All are things that need to be done before our opening a week from today.
The Marina Inn will be an interesting and new experience in several ways. The one big changes is now we are dealing with a different dynamic as far as "Guest Interests" are concerned. We are now located between two of the primary attractions of the Branson area. Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake. The Lake is literally just a couple blocks down the road from us and Silver Dollar City is up the hill on our road, and on the "No Traffic" side of the Theme Park. That means you can get there in about three to five minutes and avoid all of the miles of incoming traffic from the Branson side. I think we are in for a busy Summer.
