When I started the Resort Adventures postings, my intent was to give everyone a "snapshot" into the life of resort operations from day to day. I'm almost 700 postings in now and I think I can define what the resort adventure really is. For me it's simply an outlet for sharing what we've chosen as a lifestyle. But more than that, (I hope anyway) it is an encouragement for others by saying that it's okay to pursue your best life. A life that includes a daily dose of the best things you love to do.
Treehouse cabins are an example of that for Shelley and I. We dreamed of building luxury treehouses for close to twenty years before we built Misty View, our first treehouse cabin. Now we are in the middle of construction our number twelve treehouse and it just doesn't get old.
Every day is an adventure when you are doing what you love!
