Day 1,264 of the Adventure


I'm constantly looking for days in our calendar where I can get caught up on some rest. Usually, I set my sights on a cold or rainy day when I know I can stay indoors and just do nothing. As best we can, we try to arrange most of our work around those few days of doing nothing. Of course, prize days are the beautifully warm days in the early Spring when you wouldn't want to be catching up on rest. Today was one of those and it became a complete failure! The outdoor things we had planned got sidetracked by a scheduling error and the nice day was still a nice day, but it became one that we couldn't get our outdoor plans squeezed into. Oh well. A nice day of rest works out too.
