Day 1,263 of the Adventure
I guess that "Possibilities" are actually nothing. In reality, things that are only possible, are nothing more than that, just possible. Possibilities do not become reality without some dreaming, vision, planning and execution. Those who see possibilities as completely tangible, can look beyond all of the obstacles present in a situation. Those who cannot, tend to allow any obstacle, or group of obstacles to short-circuit their belief in a possibility. In my circle of friends, family and acquaintances, there are both. I am able to engage in conversations and dreams of things with the "possibility" people. I used to try to convince the "not-possibility" ones of true possibilities. Not so much anymore. I guess if you have it, you have it. If you don't, you don't. I feel badly for those who cannot see possibility and potential in things. I honestly don't know what that would be like. When I browse real estate ads, for example, every property i look at has the potential for something. Those "somethings" flash through my mind like bolts of energy as I'm thinking of all the possibilities. Perhaps it's the ability to see what isn't there! Now days, if I see some possibilities that I want to share with others, I'll simply mention it and see what happens. I guess if nothing happens, I can safely assume they can't see what isn't already there.
