Day 1,349 of the Adventure


It doesn't seem like much but I'm kind of excited about the progress today on the house. Several steps were getting ready to be held up if we didn't finish installing the electrical cables through the basement wall. I had plans for getting a little more done but the darn skunk wars we've had for the past few nights had gotten the best of me and I slept in this morning. As you can see, the conduit is installed with electrical cable inside. After completing this step, we backfilled this section of wall. The importance of that is we can now walk right up to the wall and pour reinforcing concrete down all of the block cavities. Along with rebar of course. Making progress, one small step at a time.
