Day 126 - 240 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost on the Lake (Colombia/Sumatra blend)
Yesterday, a small load of whiskey barrels showed up (presumably for the Gold Rush treehouse) I can only imagine what they will become as part of the decorations. Today I made it by there with time enough to get a couple of updated pictures of the construction. We recently got a delivery of pine for the interior. I was a little disappointed in the material but we decided to work with it anyway. To my surprise, it's looking better than I expected. I almost don't want to reveal the pictures yet, but hey, what's one little sneak peek! It was a little rougher and more stained than I expected, but it's actually going to fit the cabin's theme better than real clean wood could! Imagine, if you can, an old Gold Prospector's cabin! (with a jetted tub)
