Day 135 - 231 Days to go
Base Camp Coffee of the Day: Lost in the Fog (Guatemala Decaf)
Yesterday, I posted a picture of some guys heading out on the lake early in the morning with a slight fog lifting from the water. This morning may have topped that one. (at least as foggy pictures are concerned) It's not like this every morning on our lake but due to the colder water here, it's pretty common. Water is released into the lake from about 200 feet deep out of Table Rock lake where the temperature is 48 degrees. It's perfect for Trout, and mostly the other fish don't seem to mind either. It's a little warmer by the time it reaches us but not much.
It's a great way to spend a Thursday!

Adventure Quote: “The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.”
